Brennan Castille

Brennan Castille is a talent and organizational growth executive with more than 15 years of experience helping companies build the teams and infrastructure needed to scale. His background spans recruiting, workforce strategy, business development, organizational design, and executive leadership across manufacturing, technology, engineering, and industrial sectors.

Over his career, Brennan has helped scale organizations from 70 to more than 300 employees, built and led national recruiting operations, launched new business divisions, and supported thousands of technical, professional, and executive hires across the U.S.

Today, Brennan serves as Chief Talent Officer of DMR Technologies, a rapidly growing U.S. drone technology and manufacturing company building its first full-scale U.S. manufacturing plant in Lafayette Parish, LA. His role extends beyond traditional talent acquisition into organizational development, workforce planning, compensation, operations, and growth strategy as DMR expands its domestic manufacturing footprint and commercial reach.

Brennan holds both a BS in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he was recognized as an Outstanding Graduate. He also serves on the Foundation Board for South Louisiana Community College and serves as a Lector at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.

He is a lifelong resident of Lafayette, LA, and is married to Melissa Castille.
